Evaluation of training and development programmes
In our evaluation of training and development programmes we evaluate comments from past programmes and gain feedback from users, trainers and coaches. We aim to gain an understanding of the relevance, content and need to ensure the programmes:
- Deliver the outcomes that you require
- Contain the right assessment programmes that assist in self-assessment and learning
- Contain the content that provides both relevant individual and collective development
- Contain measurable outcomes for the participants and transference of learning has occurred
- Result in a more focused and targeted series of training that meet the real needs of the staff and the organisation
