Mediation
Where two staff members are not getting on and where this is causing real issues in terms of productivity, team morale or just creating an unpleasant atmosphere, we are brought into the process to:
- Facilitate a way to enable each side, individually, to understand their behaviours and issues and those of the other person
- Design and facilitate a joint session(s) to enable parties to talk in a safe and open environment to promote understanding, build awareness and jointly develop a plan for interaction
- Report back to the organisation
Mediation sessions: We meet with each party on an individual basis initially. This may involve 1 or 2 sessions each. Following this we facilitate a meeting involving both parties.
