Induction
We design and evaluate induction programmes on a consultancy basis.
Effective induction practices ensure new staff are welcomed and settled in quickly and happily to their new role. A well thought through induction offers a great opportunity to establish clear foundations and expectations in terms of ethics, integrity, corporate social responsibility, and provides key linkages to people, organisation processes that assists new staff members to feel at home and be able to contribute. The better the induction, the more quickly the staff member is able to come to grips with the various aspects of the role and becoming productive.
