Change Leadership
Assist leaders lead staff through change.
Provide leaders whose organisations are restructuring with the tools and strategies to:
- Lead staff through change when it can be difficult due to variety of staff reactions and behaviours ranging from anger through to sadness and fear.
- Manage their own reactions to change as well as those of their staff members.
- Identify the resources and support they need as they lead through change.
- Identify the various stages of change and the reactions and behaviours that each stage can typically bring, and assist staff to work their way through.
- Understand the importance of communication and on-going information.
