Strategies to assist leaders to effectively lead staff members through change
We deliver this service via workshops and/or coaching sessions, both in person or via electronic media
Change brings a wide range of reactions and emotions and in order for organisational change to be facilitated well, it requires an understanding of typical behaviours and how to work with these. Understanding which stage of the change process each staff member is in is very helpful in assisting them to work through their feelings about the change.
Leaders are provided with the tools and strategies to:
- Lead staff through change when it can be difficult due to variety of staff reactions and behaviours ranging from anger through to sadness and fear
- Manage their own reactions to change as well as those of their staff members
- Identify the resources and support they need as they lead through change
- Identify the various stages of change, and the reactions and behaviours that each stage can typically bring, and assist staff to work their way through these
- Understand the importance of communication and on-going information

Workshop: Either 4 or 6 hours. The longer session provides more time for interaction.
