Self-awareness
We deliver the following content via workshops and/or individual coaching session(s).
Self-awareness is an ultimate enabler
Sound knowledge and judgment about ourselves, our character is important for our success in work and life. Sometimes people are unable to articulate their feelings, motives, and desires and can be unaware of their responses to external stimuli and the impact of their actions/behaviour on others.
We will assist you to gain a greater understanding of yourself:
- Strengths – those skills which you are good at and enjoy using
- Values – the beliefs and motivators that provide you with purpose and meaning
- Behaviours that are getting in the way of moving forward
- Drivers – their motivators
- Style and needs – how they prefer to interact and their needs from others
- Barriers to performance
- Development – skill gaps and needs and how will these be solved
- Career development – managing their on-going career/work effectively and proactively

- DiSC
- Myers Briggs Personality Indicator (MBTI)
- OPQ (individual potential)
- The Birkman Method (career and relational tool)
- Lominger

Our Approach: How we work
As a boutique consultancy, our focus and commitment is on the individual client and solutions that work for them, rather than a ‘template solution’. We have a strong sense of ethics about making sure the work we do has value for the client organisation and their staff member.
To ensure this process works successfully, we consider it important to understand:
- the reasons for the organisation offering this coaching to the staff member – their particular motivation and focus
- the outcome that they and their staff member would like to achieve as a result of the coaching
We ask probing questions and we identify and work through potential barriers and challenges.
Face-to-face and remote coaching
We coach both face-to-face and remotely via a combination of telephone, skype and email communication. Experience has shown that remote coaching is very effective and works exactly the same way as face-to-face coaching, without being in the same room. As with face-to-face coaching, we focus our sessions around the staff member’s needs and get them to complete exercises from the workbook that inform our sessions.
Pre-Work
To ensure our work is comprehensive and to ensure value for money is achieved, we send out a very small amount of pre-work for the individuals to complete and bring with them to the first session. We also provide work to be completed in between sessions. This is to ensure that we maximise our time within the sessions.
Workshop: 4-6 hours
Coaching: Is on an hourly basis with the number of hours dependent on individual requirements.
