Strategies to assist leaders to lead staff members through change
Change brings a wide range of reactions and emotions and in order for organisational change to be facilitated well, it requires an understanding of typical behaviours and how to work with these. Understanding at what stages of change staff members are at is very helpful in assisting them to work through their feelings about the change.
This workshop provides leaders with the tools and strategies to:
- Lead staff through change when it can be difficult due to variety of staff reactions and behaviours ranging from anger through to sadness and fear
- Manage their own reactions to change as well as those of their staff members
- Identify the resources and support they need as they lead through change
- Identify the various stages of change, and the reactions and behaviours that each stage can typically bring, and assist staff to work their way through these

Presenter: Cynthia Munro
Cynthia is an executive coach, consultant and presenter. She has had 20+ years working with government agencies, corporates, not-for-profits and individual clients. She is highly experienced in working with individuals and teams who are seeking guidance with their careers and other life changes including retirement planning and change. She has expertise and sensitivity in understanding the needs of people and identifying strategies and tools to assist them. Cynthia holds a BA, a Graduate Diploma in Adult and Tertiary Education and an Advanced Diploma in Business (Management). She is accredited in a range of well-known assessment tools.
