Our guidance will assist you to:
- Identify those things in your life that you fear doing
- Identify what holds you back from taking action
- Experience/explore comfort zones
- Work through ways to gain the confidence to take action
- Explore ways to make win/win decisions
- Explore ways to live a life that is whole and satisfying
- Take responsibility and take action
- Identify ways to ensure your success
Workshop: 4 hours
Coaching: Is on an hourly basis with the number of hours dependent on individual requirements.
